Teenager released over drugs haul
A 14-year-old girl arrested after drugs were found in a south Devon flat has been released without charge.
Officers found what was believed to be crack cocaine and heroin with an estimated street value of £5,000 in the Chelston area of Torquay.
A large quantity of cash and other drug paraphernalia was also seized.
Two 21-year-old men arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking offences are still being held in custody at Torquay Police Station.
