Wimbledon residents help detect cannabis factory
Residents helped police find a drugs factory after smelling cannabis in bin liners dumped in their street in south-west London.
Officers were called to the street in Wimbledon on 12 January after residents complained about the smell.
Police found six bags containing cannabis stalks, prompting them to investigate further.
A nearby maisonette was raided the following day and 400 cannabis plants were found. No arrests have been made.
